Since gaining popularity and earning its eponymous name in the 1950s, it's like a magical elixir for your taste buds in the heat. We took the classic Arnold Palmer, swapped the tea for coffee, and added a few fun twists to make it our own!
Who doesn’t like a tall glass of iced coffee? When it’s too hot for hot coffee, and you’re tired of plain iced coffee, this drink is delicious, like a fruity, floral Arnold Palmer. Iced coffee in the summer is the best way to stay cool, whether on the patio or putting green.
Coffee Arnold Palmer Recipe
Ingredients
- 40 grams of demerara sugar
- 40 grams of water
- 40 grams of lemon juice
- 10 grams lavender syrup
- 300 grams flash brewed coffee. We recommend using Apollo.
- Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Make a simple syrup. Simmer demerara sugar and water, stirring until all of the sugar has dissolved. Chill before using.
- Flash-brew your coffee.
- Combine the simple syrup, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and iced coffee in your favorite glass and stir.
- Garnish with the lemon peel.
- Enjoy!
